Lumen had a thesis: AI belongs in triage, but only if clinicians trust it. The bar wasn’t “impressive demo” — it was “a nurse chooses to use it on a busy shift”.
We designed for that bar from the first sketch: grounded answers, visible sources, and a human always in the loop.
It's the first AI tool our nurses asked to keep.
